HKAUW Scholarship Scheme

HKAUW gives scholarships to women university students at local tertiary institutions who excelled in their academic performance and take part in community services through its annual scholarship scheme. In addition, seminars, workshops and plans for community service projects are being offered to members to help our educated women stretch their minds with new knowledge and innovative ideas and strengthen their hearts and foster their concern for others.

Hong Kong Association of University Women (HKAUW) is inviting applications for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships 2023. Details of HKAUW Scholarships are attached. Please submit no more than two nominations for Undergraduate Scholarships and no more than five nominations for Postgraduate Scholarships from your institution. All applicants must have recommendations from their current supervisors and endorsed by the head of department or faculty/school in which the candidates are currently registered.  

For Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships, completed application forms (including only relevant information), together with required supporting documents must be received by HKAUW at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on 29th October 2023 via the Student Affairs Office of the applicants’ institution. Late application will NOT be considered.

HKAUW Annual Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships 2019-2020 Open for Application Now : Application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2019 via the Student Affairs Office of the applicant's institution. 



HKAUW Annual Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships 2018-2019 Open for Application Now : Application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2018 via the Student Affairs Office of the applicant's institution. 



The 2017 - 2018 Scholarships for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Women is now open. Application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2017 via the Student Affairs Office of the applicant's institution. 

Please note that applicants for the Undergraduate Scholarships have to be Undergraduate Members of HKAUW, and Postgraduate Scholarships applicants have to be Full members of HKAUW.
